Questions about an order

For anything to do with an order that already exists, message the shop on Etsy instead. That way the message stays attached to the order and the photo you sent, and nothing gets lost. Include:

• the order number, which is in your Etsy confirmation email,
• the name on the order,
• what you would like changed, if anything.

Before you order

Questions about which photograph to send, which style suits a gift, or whether a piece will arrive in time are welcome by email. A quick look at the guides on this site often answers them already: choosing a photograph for a portrait, line art or watercolour, and printing a digital file at home.
